Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and clientelling.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to build and maintain repeat clientele; maintain and utilize a client book.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across the collection and advise clients on styling and care.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including closing transactions, coordinating shipping and tracking alterations or special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain selling floor standards: merchandising, stock replenishment and general presentation.
  • Support stockroom operations: receiving, shipping, inventory control and participation in store inventories.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately and comply with all register and cash-handling procedures.
  • Adhere to store schedules, time and attendance policies, and participate in required training and store meetings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Proven ability to develop and retain client relationships and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-resolution skills.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Ability to follow company policies, POS procedures and stockroom protocols.

Experience
