Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Houston Metro to deliver luxury client service and drive omnichannel sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to meet and exceed sales targets
- Execute daily operational and merchandising tasks with accuracy and attention to presentation
- Manage multiple priorities to achieve individual productivity goals
- Develop and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice and trend knowledge
- Collaborate with store management to identify and implement initiatives to maximise personal sales
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and retail technology
- Demonstrate flexibility and pursue individual development within a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and meeting productivity targets
- Energetic, motivated self-starter with strong client engagement skills and brand ambassadorship
- Customer-service obsessed with demonstrable selling and styling ability
- Technologically savvy with the aptitude to use retail and omnichannel tools
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience, ideally within luxury or high-end fashion; experience engaging clients across in-store and digital touchpoints is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion merchandising or customer service is advantageous.
