Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Houston Metro (Galveston/Tanger Outlet) to drive omnichannel sales and deliver elevated client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience to drive sales and build lasting client relationships.
  • Achieve individual productivity targets through proactive selling, styling, and clienteling.
  • Execute daily store operational tasks with accuracy, including point-of-sale transactions and inventory upkeep.
  • Support omnichannel sales by leveraging in-store and digital tools to convert and close business.
  • Collaborate with store management to develop local sales initiatives and merchandising strategies that maximize results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and a demonstrated sales-driven mindset.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for styling and fashion.
  • Self-starter with high energy, adaptability, and a collaborative team approach.
  • Comfortable using retail technology and willing to adopt omnichannel tools.

Experience

At least 2 years of hands-on retail sales experience, ideally within fashion or luxury brands; experience with omnichannel selling and clienteling is highly desirable.
