Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, consultative customer experience that drives personal and store sales.
- Execute daily operational tasks accurately, including merchandising, stock management and point-of-sale procedures.
- Prioritize responsibilities and multitask to meet productivity and sales targets.
- Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships through styling advice and trend expertise.
- Collaborate with store management to conceive and implement initiatives that maximise individual sales performance.
- Leverage omnichannel tools and technology to convert and fulfil sales across digital and in-store touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and operate proactively as a self-starter.
- Passion for fashion, styling and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Energetic, motivated presence with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable using retail technology and digital sales tools; entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of frontline retail experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion, demonstrating consistent sales achievement and customer relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in fashion, retail or business are an asset.
