Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, high‑touch in‑store experience through proactive customer interaction and personalised styling.
- Support the sales floor team to meet and exceed store productivity and revenue targets.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately.
- Balance and complete daily operational tasks, including visual standards, housekeeping and merchandise replenishment.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and company platforms to fulfil client needs.
- Prioritise and multitask effectively during peak periods while maintaining brand presentation and service standards.
Qualifications
- Customer‑service oriented with a demonstrable passion for styling, fashion and luxury retail.
- Self‑starter with a results‑driven mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Energetic, personable and capable of acting as a genuine brand ambassador.
- Technologically comfortable using POS and omnichannel retail tools; adaptable to retail technology.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is preferred; experience in luxury or premium retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in fashion, retail or business is a plus.
