Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Gonzales, LA to drive sales and deliver luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exemplary, high-touch customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships through active clienteling and a maintained client book.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and advise clients on merchandise, trends and styling.
- Manage post-sale activity including shipping, alterations and special client requests to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a polished selling floor: merchandising, replenishment and adherence to visual standards.
- Support stockroom operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving procedures and related paperwork.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately and comply with all POS and cash-handling policies.
- Participate in inventories, training sessions and development meetings as directed by store management.
- Adhere to store schedule and attendance expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused demeanour.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
