Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Gilroy, CA to drive omnichannel sales and deliver luxury client experiences for Capri Holdings.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-centric shopping experience to drive personal and store sales results.
- Execute day-to-day operational tasks with accuracy and attention to store standards.
- Achieve productivity and sales targets through effective multitasking, prioritisation and follow-through.
- Develop and sustain customer relationships by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of trends, product assortments and styling techniques.
- Collaborate with store management to ideate and implement strategies for maximising individual sales performance.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available retail tools and technology to service and convert clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience.
- Proven ability to deliver results as a self-starter and motivated sales professional.
- Energetic, engaging manner and demonstrated brand ambassadorship.
- Obsessive focus on customer service with a genuine passion for styling and fashion.
- Technologically comfortable with retail systems and an entrepreneurial approach to selling.
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience with a track record of meeting sales objectives; experience supporting omnichannel sales is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal higher education not required.
