Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive selling and relationship development.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and cultivate repeat clientele using the client book.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across collections and advise clients on styling and fit.
- Manage post‑sale details including shipping, alterations and special client requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate Point‑of‑Sale systems and execute register functions accurately; follow cash‑handling procedures.
- Maintain selling floor and stockroom organization, assist with receiving, shipping paperwork and inventories.
- Comply with all company policies, loss prevention protocols and attendance/scheduling requirements.
- Participate in store training, meetings and development programs as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience; emphasis on demonstrated sales performance.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in a retail or luxury environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric approach.
- Flexibility to work a part‑time schedule that includes weekends and holidays as required.

Minimum two years of retail experience with a proven track record of meeting sales goals; prior experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred.
Education
