Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised customer engagement and styling advice to drive sales.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and effective use of in-store tools and technologies.
  • Support daily store operations including merchandising, visual standards, stock management and cash handling.
  • Collaborate with store management to develop and implement initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.
  • Stay current on product assortments, trends and styling techniques to inspire and advise customers.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in tasks and schedules, and commit to continuous personal and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Initial sales experience in premium or upscale retail.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and strong verbal communication.
  • Resilience and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritise competing duties effectively.
  • Very good command of German and English (spoken and written).

Experience

Secondary school completion (or equivalent); vocational training in retail or a fashion-related qualification preferred.
