Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience to drive individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive outreach, styling and clienteling.
- Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy, including sales transactions, stock management and store presentation.
- Leverage omnichannel tools to convert sales across in-store and digital touchpoints and fulfil client requests.
- Collaborate with store leadership to ideate and implement initiatives that maximise personal and store performance.
- Stay current on fashion trends and styling techniques to inform client recommendations and visual merchandising.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Highly motivated, energetic and comfortable engaging diverse clientele; acts as a brand ambassador.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a passion for styling and fashion.
- Technologically proficient and comfortable using retail sales platforms and omnichannel tools.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced store environment and variable schedules.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail sales experience; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or fashion training is a plus.
