Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and product knowledge.
- Execute daily store operations with precision, including cash handling, merchandising, stock replenishment and loss-prevention protocols.
- Support omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and store technologies to convert and fulfill orders.
- Prioritise tasks and multitask effectively during peak periods to meet productivity goals.
- Collaborate with store management to develop creative initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.
- Stay current on fashion trends and styling techniques to advise clients and enhance sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive results independently.
- Energetic, motivated and engaging presence with a genuine passion for fashion and styling.
- Customer-service obsessed, demonstrating consultative selling and strong clienteling skills.
- Comfortable using retail technology and digital tools to support omnichannel workflows.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail or luxury sales experience, preferably within fashion or accessories; demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or vocational training in retail, fashion merchandising or sales is advantageous.
