Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Execute store operational tasks with accuracy and professionalism (opening/closing procedures, merchandising and stock management).
- Manage time and priorities effectively to achieve individual productivity goals and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through up‑to‑date product and trend knowledge and styling advice.
- Collaborate with store management to develop creative initiatives to maximise personal and store sales.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and retail technology.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and a self‑driven, results‑oriented approach.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for styling and fashion.
- Energetic, motivated and authentic brand ambassador with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, adaptable to a fast‑paced retail environment and open to ongoing development.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of direct retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion environments, with a track record of meeting sales objectives and delivering strong customer service.
