Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, client‑centred shopping experience to drive sales and cultivate long‑term customer relationships.
  • Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy, including point‑of‑sale transactions, inventory handling and visual merchandising standards.
  • Achieve individual and store productivity goals through effective multitasking, prioritization and proactive follow‑up.
  • Leverage omnichannel tools and technology to convert, fulfill and track cross‑channel sales.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product and trend knowledge to provide authoritative styling advice and personalised recommendations.
  • Collaborate with store management to generate creative initiatives that maximise personal and team sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury apparel.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Self‑starter with entrepreneurial drive, resilience in a fast‑paced retail environment and flexibility in scheduling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage diverse clientele and act as a credible brand ambassador.

Experience
