Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal and store sales targets through proactive selling and follow-up
  • Deliver elevated levels of customer service; build and maintain repeat clientele using a client book
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and maintain awareness of fashion and market trends
  • Manage the end-to-end post-sale experience, including shipping, alterations and special client requests
  • Resolve client complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and preserve brand reputation
  • Maintain visual standards: keep the selling floor organised, stocked and merchandised to brand guidelines
  • Support stockroom operations: receiving, shipping, inventory control and participation in stock takes
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and comply with all cash handling and POS procedures
  • Adhere to assigned work schedule, time and attendance policies, and participate in trainings and team meetings

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets; experience in client development and retention
  • Previous retail experience, preferably with a luxury or premium fashion brand
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused demeanour
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational capability for stock and administrative tasks
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends and peak periods; right to work in the UK

Experience

Previous retail sales experience is required; experience within a luxury or premium fashion environment is strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and developing lasting client relationships.

Education

Secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent); retail- or fashion-related qualifications advantageous but not mandatory.
