Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, luxury customer experience to drive sales and long-term client relationships.
  • Execute daily store operations with excellence, including point-of-sale duties and adherence to operational standards.
  • Achieve individual productivity and sales targets through effective multitasking and prioritization.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to personal development in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Develop styling expertise and product knowledge to advise clients on trends, fits and collections.
  • Partner with store leadership to design and implement initiatives that maximize personal and store sales.
  • Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and retail technologies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or premium/luxury retail.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Customer-service obsessed with a genuine passion for styling and fashion.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Technologically literate with comfort using omnichannel retail tools and sales platforms.
  • Availability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
