Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Deliver exceptional client service; build and maintain a repeat clientele using the client book and personalized follow-up.
- Manage all sales-related details post-transaction, including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a well-merchandised, stocked and orderly selling floor; assist with stockroom inventory and participate in store inventories.
- Execute Point-of-Sale and register functions accurately and comply with company policies, procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
- Support receiving, shipping and related paperwork; participate in training and store meetings as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail experience.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive conversion in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong clienteling skills with attention to service, follow-through and relationship development.
- Familiarity with merchandising, inventory procedures and Point-of-Sale operations.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store scheduling.

Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within fashion or luxury goods, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
