Michael Kors seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Daytona Beach to drive sales, deliver luxury client service and manage merchandising operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Deliver elevated levels of service to maximize transaction value and foster repeat business.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across the collection and communicate key selling points.
- Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special requests to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a client book; cultivate long-term relationships and follow up on leads.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive brand experience.
- Maintain an immaculate selling floor: merchandising, replenishment and visual standards.
- Support stockroom operations, shipping/receiving procedures and inventory counts.
- Comply with Point-of-Sale policies, perform register functions accurately and adhere to time & attendance requirements.
- Participate in training, meetings and development programs as directed by store management.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail sales experience; experience with luxury or premium brands preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Comfortable using POS systems and following cash-handling procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when managing client information.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, consistent with a part-time schedule.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury, premium or specialty fashion retail environments. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or vocational training in sales or visual merchandising preferred.
