Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience to drive sales and build long-term client relationships.
- Execute daily retail operations with excellence, including merchandising, stock management and point-of-sale transactions.
- Achieve individual productivity and sales targets through effective multitasking, prioritization and proactive selling.
- Promote and convert omnichannel opportunities by utilising available digital tools and company technology.
- Stay current on fashion trends and styling techniques to advise customers and enhance product storytelling.
- Collaborate with store management to develop initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Energetic, motivated and customer-obsessed with strong interpersonal skills and a brand ambassador mindset.
- Technologically comfortable with omnichannel retail processes and sales tools.
- Passion for styling, fashion trends and building lasting client relationships.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience, ideally within fashion or luxury brands, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or customer service is advantageous.
