Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and grow a personal client book through proactive clienteling, personalized styling and follow-up to drive repeat visitation and lifetime value.
- Deliver an elevated client experience aligned with brand standards, translating trend knowledge into persuasive selling and tailored recommendations.
- Execute store strategy and sales initiatives to meet or exceed personal and boutique KPIs, including omnichannel targets.
- Leverage available tools and technology to service clients across in-store and digital touchpoints and to convert leads into sales.
- Collaborate with store leadership on promotional plans and creative approaches to maximise personal sales performance.
- Act as a high-calibre brand ambassador, maintaining an immaculate boutique presentation and professional image.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proven ability to build and retain client relationships, with strong clienteling and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability, problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven approach.
- Passion for fashion and styling, combined with excellent customer service instincts.
- Comfortable using retail technologies and omnichannel sales tools.
Experience
At least one year of relevant luxury sales experience, ideally with demonstrated leadership within a boutique or high-end retail environment and a track record of building a client book and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or vocational training in retail, fashion or visual merchandising preferred.
