Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Develop, maintain and grow lasting client relationships using personalised service and effective clienteling techniques.
- Deliver the highest standards of customer service, including attentive styling advice and product knowledge on the full assortment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store Point-of-Sale (POS) system; handle cash and card procedures in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards, including replenishment and stock rotation.
- Support inventory management activities such as receiving, pricing and participating in stock counts.
- Comply with all company policies, loss-prevention procedures and local employment regulations.
- Collaborate with the store team and management to share market feedback, client intelligence and contribute to a positive retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets preferred.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferably 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience, with luxury or premium-brand experience strongly preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certifications in retail, sales or fashion is a plus.
