Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, on-brand customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business; lead by example as a brand ambassador.
- Maintain proactive client communication using clientelling apps and available digital tools to grow and service the client base.
- Maintain floor presentation and stockroom integrity; ensure product availability and visual standards are upheld.
- Collaborate closely with store management to drive store performance, share insight and follow through on operational objectives.
- Become a selling expert by studying product knowledge packs and confidently advising customers on product features and styling.
- Monitor and understand business results and sales opportunities, converting insight into action to maximise revenue.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for fashion and ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; local language proficiency preferred.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate and support fellow team members.
- Comfortable with retail technology and clientelling tools to support sales and customer engagement.

Experience
Relevant retail sales experience is required; prior experience in fashion or luxury retail is preferred. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service is advantageous.
