Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals through proactive selling and clienteling.
  • Deliver superior customer service to build repeat clientele and maintain a personal client book.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and remain current on fashion and market trends.
  • Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform Point-of-Sale transactions accurately; execute all relevant register functions and comply with POS policies.
  • Maintain merchandising standards: keep selling floor and stockroom organized, stocked and visually on-brand.
  • Support stockroom operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control and participation in inventories.
  • Adhere to scheduled hours, time and attendance policies, and participate in mandated training and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to resolve client issues professionally.
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays as required.

Experience
