Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Deliver superior customer service to build repeat clientele and maintain a personal client book.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and remain current on fashion and market trends.
- Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform Point-of-Sale transactions accurately; execute all relevant register functions and comply with POS policies.
- Maintain merchandising standards: keep selling floor and stockroom organized, stocked and visually on-brand.
- Support stockroom operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control and participation in inventories.
- Adhere to scheduled hours, time and attendance policies, and participate in mandated training and meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to resolve client issues professionally.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays as required.
