Role & Responsibilities

- Prioritise and multi‑task to meet productivity goals in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Cultivate and maintain lasting customer relationships through styling advice and trend knowledge.
- Collaborate with store management to develop initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Proven ability to drive results as a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrable passion for customer service and styling.
- Energetic, motivated and authentic brand ambassador with a professional presentation.
- Comfortable using retail technology and omnichannel sales tools.

Experience
At least 2+ years of hands-on retail experience in fashion or luxury environments, demonstrating consistent sales performance and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or vocational training in fashion, merchandising or related fields preferred.
