Michael Kors in Budapest seeks a Part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury client service, manage clienteling and drive store sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to drive loyalty and repeat business in line with brand standards.
  • Act as a Jet Set Ambassador on the sales floor: maintain floor presence, demonstrate product knowledge and lead by example.
  • Proactively manage and grow the client database using all available clienteling apps and tools.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team on sales strategies, merchandising, and customer outreach to meet store targets.
  • Adhere to image and grooming standards and role-model company behaviours using the behaviour toolkit.
  • Execute visual merchandising (VM) standards and ensure presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Follow loss prevention, health & safety (H&S) procedures and contribute to operational excellence.
  • Leverage technology to support inventory management, sales analysis and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for fashion and for working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent English preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate, motivate peers and contribute positively to team performance.
  • Technology proficiency with clienteling applications and point-of-sale / inventory tools.
  • Commitment to uphold brand image and grooming standards.

Experience

Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, ideally in luxury fashion or a high-end retail environment. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is beneficial but not required.
