Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, fashion‑forward customer experience that drives sales and cultivates long‑term client relationships.
- Execute store operational tasks with accuracy, including merchandising, inventory handling and point‑of‑sale procedures.
- Achieve individual productivity targets through prioritization, effective multitasking and proactive selling.
- Support omni‑channel performance by leveraging available tools and technology to convert and nurture clients across channels.
- Contribute styling advice and trend knowledge to enhance customer engagement and increase average transaction value.
- Collaborate with store leadership to develop innovative selling strategies and personal action plans to maximise sales results.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Proven ability to drive results as a self‑starter with entrepreneurial focus.
- Energetic, motivated and brand‑centric with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑service obsessed with a passion for styling and fashion trends.
- Comfortable using retail technology and omni‑channel sales tools.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands‑on retail or luxury sales experience, demonstrating consistent sales performance, client development and familiarity with omni‑channel retail operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or credentials in fashion, merchandising or retail management preferred.
