Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, fashion-forward customer experience that drives personal and store sales results.
- Execute daily retail operations with precision, including merchandising, store upkeep and point-of-sale transactions.
- Prioritize and multitask to meet productivity and sales targets in a fast-paced outlet environment.
- Cultivate lasting client relationships through trend knowledge, personalised styling and follow-up.
- Collaborate with management on initiatives to maximise individual sales performance and campaign activation.
- Leverage omnichannel tools and available technology to drive online-to-offline conversion and fulfilment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Self-starter with strong commercial drive and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Energetic, highly motivated brand ambassador with a passion for styling and fashion trends.
- Technologically literate with an aptitude for omnichannel retail tools and customer-facing platforms.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of retail or luxury sales experience, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets, strong customer engagement and the ability to operate effectively within omnichannel retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion, visual merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
