Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through high-touch clienteling and consultative selling.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service; build and maintain a repeat clientele using the client book and follow-up on special requests.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay current on fashion trends to maximize selling opportunities.
  • Execute post-sale follow-through including shipping, alterations coordination and resolution of client issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep selling floor and stockroom organized, replenished and presentation-ready.
  • Support stockroom operations: receiving, stocking, inventory counts and proper handling of shipping/receiving paperwork.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately; perform register functions and comply with all cash-handling and POS procedures.
  • Adhere to scheduled hours, attendance policies and participate in training, meetings and development programs as directed by store management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales objectives and building client relationships.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused approach.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple operational tasks (inventory, POS, shipping) concurrently.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience; luxury or outlet retail experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and sustain client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in fashion, retail or business is a plus.
