Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling and clienteling
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch customer service and cultivate a repeat clientele using a client book
- Maintain expert product knowledge across merchandise and advise clients on styling and care
- Manage post‑sale details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction
- Execute all Point‑of‑Sale functions accurately and comply with sales‑related policies and procedures
- Support store operations: maintain a neat, organized selling floor, assist with stockroom inventory, receiving/shipping protocols and participate in store inventories
- Attend and participate in training, meetings and development programs as directed by store management
- Adhere to scheduled hours and company time & attendance policies
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail sales experience, preferably within apparel, accessories or luxury retail
- Proven ability to build client relationships and deliver exemplary customer service
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash‑handling experience for register responsibilities
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with merchandising and stock handling
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' retail experience required; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail strongly preferred. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and building repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or credentials in fashion, retail or business are advantageous.
