Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client‑first in‑store experience to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through active prospecting, clienteling and styling
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and digital resources to convert and retain clients
- Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy, including merchandising, inventory management and point‑of‑sale transactions
- Collaborate with store leadership to identify and trial initiatives that maximize personal and store performance
- Stay current on product assortments, trends and styling techniques to provide expert advice to customers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably in premium or luxury fashion
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPI expectations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for styling and customer service
- Flexible, self‑motivated team player comfortable in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Comfort with digital sales tools and a readiness to adopt omnichannel selling practices

Experience
At least 2 years of hands‑on retail experience in a customer‑facing sales role, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships in a fashion or lifestyle environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in fashion, retail or customer service is advantageous.
