Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain selling floor and stockroom in a neat, organized and replenished condition.
- Execute shipping and receiving protocols and adhere to inventory control policies.
- Perform stockroom tasks with speed and attention to accuracy and quality.
- Sustain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards throughout the day.
- Support the selling team by prioritizing client experience and assisting with business needs.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and retail technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail sales experience.
- Energetic, motivated and results-oriented with a commercial mindset.
- Strong customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organized and technologically comfortable with retail systems and tools.
- Flexible and able to perform both floor sales and stockroom duties.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience; experience within luxury or premium fashion retail is preferred and will be considered an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-related training preferred.
