Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Michael Kors brand as an MK Ambassador and model exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Deliver personalised client engagement using all clientelling apps and tools to maintain ongoing client communication and follow-up.
- Maintain strong floor and stock presence, ensuring product is merchandised to brand standards and immediately available to clients.
- Collaborate closely with store management to translate business results into sales opportunities and improve store performance.
- Leverage Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert capable of advising customers with confidence and product authority.
- Understand key sales metrics and contribute to meeting individual and team targets through proactive selling.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience, ideally within fashion or luxury.
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for fashion and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability and desire to collaborate, motivate colleagues and contribute positively to team performance.
- Technological proficiency with the ability to adopt clientelling tools and digital sales platforms.
- Effective communication skills; proficiency in the local language is preferable.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is preferred. The role expects familiarity with client relationship processes and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
