Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and follow-up.
- Deliver elevated levels of sales and service consistent with luxury retail standards.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and advise clients on merchandise.
- Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through clienteling and use of the client book.
- Resolve client issues and complaints quickly and professionally.
- Maintain merchandising standards: keep selling floor and stockroom neat, organized and fully stocked.
- Support stockroom operations including receiving, shipping, inventory counts and related paperwork.
- Comply with Point-of-Sale policies and correctly execute register functions.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts, time & attendance policies, and participate in training and store meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail experience.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong clienteling aptitude.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in fashion and current market trends.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow operational procedures (inventory, POS, shipping/receiving).

Minimum 2 years of retail experience, ideally with a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets; luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service training preferred.
