Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, brand-aligned customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat purchase.
- Act as a Michael Kors Ambassador on the sales floor, modelling professional conduct and product expertise.
- Maintain proactive client communication using clientelling apps and tools to cultivate and expand client relationships.
- Ensure attractive floor and stock presentation and support merchandising and inventory processes.
- Collaborate closely with store management to monitor business results, identify sales opportunities and contribute to store performance.
- Leverage Product Knowledge packs to become a recognised selling expert and confidently advise clients.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience with a demonstrable client service orientation.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and a customer-first mindset appropriate to a premium brand.
- Ability to collaborate, motivate peers and contribute positively to team performance.
- Technological proficiency with clientelling apps and other in-store sales tools.
- Effective verbal communication skills; local language (Dutch) preferred.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within premium or luxury fashion, demonstrating consistent customer focus and measurable sales contribution.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/fashion-related training is advantageous.
