Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client‑centric shopping experience to drive individual and store sales targets.
- Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy, including merchandising, stock replenishment and visual standards.
- Manage multiple priorities to achieve productivity goals and personal sales performance.
- Cultivate lasting client relationships through expert styling, product knowledge and follow‑up.
- Collaborate with store management to develop initiatives that maximise personal and store sales.
- Leverage omnichannel tools and technologies to convert and service clients across online and in‑store touchpoints.
- Adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment and embrace opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPI expectations.
- Self‑starter with strong motivation, resilience and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for styling and fashion.
- Comfortable using technology to service clients and support omnichannel sales.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands‑on retail experience, ideally within a fashion or luxury environment, with a track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary study in fashion, retail or related fields or retail certifications are advantageous but not required.
