Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Alpine, CA (Viejas) to drive sales, deliver elevated client service and maintain merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and elevated client service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships via clienteling and upkeep of a client book.
- Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge to advise clients and maximize conversion.
- Manage after-sales details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide prompt resolution for client complaints and service issues, preserving brand standards.
- Maintain a well-presented selling floor and merchandise presentation in line with visual standards.
- Support stockroom operations, inventory counts, shipping/receiving procedures and related paperwork.
- Execute Point-of-Sale (POS) and register functions accurately and comply with all retail policies.
- Participate in training, development sessions and store meetings as directed by store management.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail sales experience.
- Demonstrable excellence in customer service and client relationship building.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with reliable attendance.
- Strong numeric aptitude and accuracy for cash handling and POS transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
