Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience that drives sales and builds long-term client relationships
- Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including point-of-sale procedures and store maintenance
- Achieve individual productivity and sales targets by multitasking and prioritising responsibilities
- Support omnichannel sales by utilising available digital tools and in-store technology
- Stay current on fashion trends and styling techniques to advise and inspire customers
- Collaborate with store leadership to develop creative initiatives that maximise personal and store sales
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail
- Self-motivated, results-driven approach with demonstrated sales capability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to act as a brand ambassador
- Strong customer-service orientation with a passion for styling and fashion
- Comfortable using retail technology and digital sales tools; entrepreneurial mindset
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail sales experience, ideally in luxury or fashion environments with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail- or fashion-related coursework or certifications preferred.
