Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging in-store experience through proactive customer interaction and collaborative teamwork on the sales floor.
• Process POS transactions accurately and create memorable client experiences.
• Support omni‑channel sales by leveraging all available tools and technology to drive conversion.
• Balance operational store tasks—including opening/closing procedures, stock handling and upkeep of visual standards—through effective multitasking.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards throughout the day.
• Prioritize responsibilities to achieve individual productivity and sales goals.

Skills

Experience

Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred; demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service is advantageous.
