Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging in-store client experience through proactive customer interaction and personalised styling.
- Support salesfloor teammates and collaborate to achieve store sales targets and productivity objectives.
- Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and manage cash-handling and operational duties.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness throughout the trading day.
- Drive omnichannel sales by utilising available retail technology and company tools to convert and fulfil orders.
- Multitask and prioritise responsibilities to meet operational and customer service commitments.

Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred, ideally within fashion or luxury retail, with a track record of meeting sales targets and working with POS and omnichannel platforms.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or retail/fashion training advantageous.
