Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, luxury retail experience by proactively greeting clients, advising on product selection and supporting teammates on the sales floor.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and maintain high standards of cash handling and transaction processing.
- Balance and complete daily operational tasks across store functions, including inventory handling and assisting with stockroom duties.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards throughout the day to ensure an impeccable shopping environment.
- Prioritise tasks and multitask effectively to achieve individual and store productivity goals.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and technologies and by supporting clienteling initiatives.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer-service skills with a client-first attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic numeracy and proven experience handling cash or operating POS systems.
- Professional presentation and attention to visual merchandising standards.
- Previous experience in premium or luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory.

Typically 1+ year of retail experience; experience in luxury or premium retail and familiarity with POS and omnichannel sales channels is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-related training is a plus.
