Sales Assistant
Michael Kors seeks a Part‑time Sales Assistant in Los Angeles (Beverly Center) to deliver premium in‑store and omnichannel customer service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging in‑store experience through direct customer interaction and proactive clienteling.
- Support teammates on the sales floor to achieve store KPIs and exceptional service standards.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and manage related administrative tasks.
- Balance operational duties across store functions, including inventory handling and daily reconciliations.
- Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards throughout the day.
- Drive omnichannel revenue by leveraging available tools and technology to convert and fulfill sales.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused with demonstrated ability to sell and build rapport; passion for styling and fashion.
- Energetic, self-motivated team player who can prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Technologically literate and comfortable using point-of-sale systems and omnichannel retail tools.
- Flexible availability to meet retail scheduling needs (evenings, weekends, holiday periods).
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred; familiarity with POS systems and omnichannel retail operations is advantageous. No formal minimum tenure is stated, though candidates with 1+ years of customer-facing retail experience will be competitive.
Education
