Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an engaging in‑store experience through direct customer interaction and proactive clienteling.
  • Support teammates on the sales floor to achieve store KPIs and exceptional service standards.
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and manage related administrative tasks.
  • Balance operational duties across store functions, including inventory handling and daily reconciliations.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards throughout the day.
  • Drive omnichannel revenue by leveraging available tools and technology to convert and fulfill sales.

  • Customer-focused with demonstrated ability to sell and build rapport; passion for styling and fashion.
  • Energetic, self-motivated team player who can prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Technologically literate and comfortable using point-of-sale systems and omnichannel retail tools.
