Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Assistant in Las Vegas, NV to deliver luxury retail service, drive omnichannel sales and support boutique operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, high-touch in-store experience through proactive customer interaction and personalised styling.
- Support teammates on the sales floor and collaborate to achieve store sales objectives and KPIs.
- Balance operational duties across store functions, including visual standards, merchandising and daily housekeeping.
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately while ensuring each sale contributes to a memorable client experience.
- Prioritise tasks and multitask effectively to meet productivity goals during peak and off-peak periods.
- Drive omnichannel revenue by leveraging available technology, digital selling tools and inventory/CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Self-starter with a demonstrable drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Energetic, brand-focused ambassador with exceptional interpersonal and client-service skills.
- Commercially minded with a passion for fashion and ability to translate styling into sales.
- Technologically comfortable with retail systems and digital selling tools; adaptable and entrepreneurial.
Experience
Prior experience in retail sales is preferred, ideally within premium or luxury fashion; experience operating POS systems and supporting floor operations is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal education or training in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.
