Michael Kors seeks a Part‑time Sales Assistant in Honolulu, HI (Ala Moana) to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive omnichannel sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging in-store experience through proactive customer interaction and team collaboration on the sales floor
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently while creating a memorable client experience
- Support and execute daily operational tasks across store functions, including stock handling and cash procedures
- Maintain store visual and cleanliness standards throughout the day; assist with merchandising and floor moves
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools, clienteling systems and company technology
- Prioritise tasks and meet productivity goals through effective multitasking and time management
Qualifications
- Customer service‑driven with a demonstrable passion for fashion and styling
- Self-starter with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Energetic, personable and comfortable engaging a diverse luxury clientele
- Technologically comfortable using POS systems and omnichannel retail tools
- Flexible availability; able to work a variable retail schedule
Skills
Experience
Preferred: 1–2 years of frontline retail or luxury sales experience, ideally within fashion or accessories; demonstrated track record of meeting sales objectives and delivering excellent client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or customer service coursework preferred.
