Sales Assistant
Michael Kors seeks a Part-Time Sales Assistant in Columbia, SC (Columbiana Centre) to deliver elevated customer service and drive omnichannel sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging in-store experience by greeting and advising customers and supporting teammates on the sales floor
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and maintain cash-handling integrity
- Balance operational tasks across store functions, including replenishment, returns and stock management
- Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness throughout the day to reflect brand presentation guidelines
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and customer-facing technology
- Prioritize tasks to achieve individual productivity and store sales goals

- Customer-service oriented with a demonstrated ability to close sales and build client relationships
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Energetic brand ambassador with a passion for fashion and styling
- Technologically comfortable using retail systems and sales tools
- Team player with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred; experience in luxury or premium retail and familiarity with POS and omnichannel selling is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in retail, fashion or merchandising is a plus.
