Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging in-store experience through proactive customer interaction and support of teammates on the sales floor
- Process POS transactions accurately and create memorable customer experiences
- Balance and complete operational retail tasks across store functions, including maintaining visual and cleanliness standards throughout the day
- Achieve productivity and sales targets by multitasking, prioritizing responsibilities and driving results
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and technology to convert and service customers
Qualifications
- Self-starter with a proven ability to drive retail results
- Energetic, motivated and brand-focused with strong interpersonal presence
- Customer-service oriented with a passion for styling and fashion
- Technologically literate and comfortable using retail sales tools and platforms
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-service experience is preferred; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is a strong plus. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or vocational training in fashion, retail or customer service is advantageous.
