Sales Assistant

Role & Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and maintain visual presentation in accordance with brand standards.
• Process Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions accurately and adhere to cash-handling procedures.
• Greet and engage customers proactively; assess needs and direct them to appropriate sales associates.
• Support fitting-room operations to ensure a seamless customer experience with timely go-backs and garment care.
• Perform stock checks, assist with inventory movements and execute floor moves or merchandising tasks as required.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization at the sales floor, cash wrap and stockroom; comply with attendance and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Availability for a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to carry/handle merchandise safely.

Experience

Entry-level role; previous retail or customer-service experience preferred. Experience in fashion or luxury retail and familiarity with POS systems and merchandising routines is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
