Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging in-store experience through proactive client engagement and personalized styling
- Process transactions accurately using the store POS and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Support omnichannel sales initiatives by leveraging available tools and technology to drive online-to-store conversions
- Maintain visual and housekeeping standards throughout the day to uphold brand presentation
- Balance operational tasks across receiving, replenishment, merchandising and sales floor duties
- Achieve individual and store productivity goals through effective prioritization and multitasking
Qualifications
- Customer-service oriented with a demonstrable passion for fashion and styling
- Self-starter mentality with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Energetic, team-focused and able to represent the brand as an ambassador
- Comfortable using POS systems and omnichannel retail tools; technologically savvy
- Flexible availability to work a part-time schedule including weekends and peak retail periods
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and omnichannel retail workflows is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or training in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.
