Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service to every visitor.
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company payment and cash-handling procedures.
- Replenish merchandise, unpack and prepare stock, secure security tags and maintain a well-presented sales floor.
- Perform stock checks to support sales associates and respond to customer inventory inquiries in a timely manner.
- Support fitting room operations and assist sales associates in resolving client issues or complaints to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Assist with visual merchandising tasks and floor moves to maintain brand presentation standards.
- Adhere to time-and-attendance policies and all point-of-sale and sales-related procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a client-focused demeanour.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting, hanging and folding merchandise.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred (typically 1+ year). Experience with luxury or premium fashion brands and familiarity with POS and stockroom procedures is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail-related courses are a plus.
