Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, luxury customer experience to drive sales and client loyalty
  • Execute daily store operational tasks with accuracy and attention to brand standards
  • Achieve individual productivity and sales targets through effective multitasking and prioritisation
  • Support omnichannel sales by utilising available digital and in-store tools and technology
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through product knowledge, styling advice and trend awareness
  • Collaborate with store management to propose initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet sales targets
  • Energetic, customer-focused demeanour with strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for fashion, styling and current trends
  • High level of comfort with technology and digital sales tools

Experience

At least 2 years of relevant retail or sales experience, ideally within fashion or luxury retail environments where clientelling and high-touch service are required.
