Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated luxury customer experience to drive sales and loyalty.
- Execute operational tasks and store standards with accuracy and consistency.
- Achieve individual productivity and sales goals through multitasking and prioritization.
- Develop and sustain client relationships by applying current trends and styling techniques.
- Collaborate with management on initiatives to maximize personal and store sales results.
- Drive omnichannel revenue by leveraging all available tools and technology.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience in fashion or luxury retail.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Energetic, motivated, and confident brand ambassador with strong customer focus.
- Passion for styling and demonstrated skill in client engagement.
- Comfortable using retail technology and digital sales tools.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of frontline retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury brands, with a track record of meeting sales targets and building repeat client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, retail, or a related field preferred.
