Sales Advisor
Michael Kors in Miramas seeks a Part-time Sales Advisor (24h) to deliver client-focused retail sales and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client experiences to achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
- Engage proactively in clienteling activities, building lasting customer relationships and repeat business.
- Execute day-to-day store operations with precision: sales transactions, stock replenishment and visual standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, product assortments and styling techniques to inspire customers.
- Collaborate with store management to develop initiatives that maximise individual sales performance.
- Utilise available retail tools and technology to manage customer records, process sales and track targets.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or premium/luxury brands.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Commercial mindset with a demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Technologically comfortable with retail systems and eager to use digital tools to enhance sales.
Skills
Experience
Relevant retail sales experience; prior work within luxury, premium or fashion retail is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is a plus.
